SAWING - Plate sawed to 14" thick by 240" long. Ideal for narrow, hard to find flat and square bar with minimum distortion. Round bar up to 14" in diameter cut to length. Mitre and production cutting is also available as well.

WATER JET

- 10' X 25' Cutting table, one of the largest in the industry, can cut a 120" diameter circle.

- Plasma cutting for added versatility, combining multiple processes on one machine allowing the water jet process to handle intricate interior cuts and the Plasma process to handle exterior cuts at increased speeds resulting in reduced cost of cut parts.

- Flexibility allows us to handle everything from small, intricate cuts to large, thick cuts up to 6" thick with tight tolerance.

- No heat affected zone and no hardening of cut edges.

CAD CAM - Metals and Services can accept customers files via email in AutoCad 2002 Lite or earlier, as .DXF or .DWG files. These files can then be easily converted for use on our plasma and water jet cutting equipment.
